Review: I like it better than ceremonial - I really like this matcha and the taste and enery effect is very high quality. I started with the Aiya Ceremonial grade and really liked that as well, but I preferred the taste of this culinary grade. That may be sacrilege for serious Match drinkers, but I simply use matcha as an every morning substitute for coffee (I don't think I would ever go back to coffee.) Compared to the Ceremonial grade, this culinary grade has more of a familiar green tea flavor versus one grassy/bitter to my personal palate. Another thing I noticed is how much easier this is to mix than the ceremonial and did not clump as much even when using an electric whisk. For less than 1/2 the price I can't justify the cerimonial and this is now my go to for daily drinking. In my pic, the ceremonial is the one a bit greener on the right.
