I got lucky on the next try. I'd contact Amazon about this. I would have by I was ordering on my phone in the car and it was too challenging to get into the contact amazon section. **Q: So you get both the 6 inch & 12 inch rulers in this order (picture only shows the 12 inch) - just want to be sure?** A: If you look closely you can see the six inch ruler at the bottom. Also the package has note just below the title that says it includes both 6 and 12 inch. Be sure not to order them separately, because on my first time around with these rulers I did not get the Plus (extra wide rulers) and couldn't return them as they didn't come from Amazon directly. **Q: Why can't this be shipped to California?** A: I see no where that says it can't be shipped to California. **Q: Is there a shipping restriction? Unable to purchase and I live in LA, California.** A: Talk to Amazon.
