**Q: Fits on a Mich Helmet?**
A: yes it will its adjustable I've seen it mounted on a Mitch helmet  pictures on the Internet

**Q: Does the nvg turn off when its flipped up like its supposed to?**
A: I think that's a function of the J-arm and that is not included in this listing. There is no electrical connection or parts with this mount.

**Q: Is this an ITAR restricted item?**
A: No.  I hope it is not restricted.  I purchased one through amazon.

**Q: How does this attach to the NVG? My current NVG has a weaver style rail and I am wondering if it is compatable.**
A: If you are thinking about using a night vision scope with this norotos nvg mount, to the best of my knowledge it is impossible unless you know how to machine parts. The norotos nvg mound needs a j arm which will then lock into a head mounted nvg such as a pvs14. If someone else knows otherwise don't hesitate to correct me.
