They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great, but did go after a while. *by C***N on 2 November 2021* When I first started using the shaker it worked brilliantly! The option to blend for 30 seconds or 3 minutes is great. It's annoying to clean by hand, but not impossible. However after about 4 months of use water started to leak out of the bottom of the bottle where the motor connects to it and I also noticed an awful smell coming from there. I decided to take it apart to clean it and found what I believe to be limescale around the small rubber bits at the bottom of the bottle. I cleaned them up and upon putting it back together it could no longer blend shakes. Whether this is because of the motor or not, I couldn't tell you. It's just something to look out for That said the thing worked great and I had no problems with it up until that point and considering I used it twice a day nearly every day I got a lot of use out of it in the time I've owned it!
