BBQ cooked steaks & seared well, griddle cooked crispy bacon & sausage, but had temperature variance across it. Still worked well just move stuff around. The Pizza Oven is amazing! Cooked biscuits in the morning, pizza in the evening, and cinnamon rolls the next morning. All were perfect. We will not be using the oven in the RV anymore.
