Before wrapping it, I put new batteries in and flipped the switch to On. Nothing happened. The power indicator didn't light up. I double checked to make sure I had the batteries in correctly. Yep. Tried a different package of brand new batteries, and still nothing. We fiddled with the dumb thing for 10 minutes before concluding that I got a dud keyboard.
