It also says 'Natural cuttlefish bones are fragile products, which are slightly damaged during transportation'. They are not 'slightly damaged'. They're in bits, completely broken. and very badly packaged in a flimsy plastic bag. I have requested for a return and refund.

A: It is some time ago that I received the cuttlefish. The quality was poor. I would say, better than nothing as it was impossible to buy in any pet shops due to its scarcity

Items arrived unpackaged and broken to pieces. The 'metal pieces' do not do what I believe they are supposed to do. Very disappointed.
