**Q: How do you use the warranty when the straightener stops working correctly?**
A: I haven't had any issues with my iron. I would go into the website usually there is a "contact us" section. That would probably be a good place to start. Hope that helps.

**Q: What is the lowest temperaste setting? My fine hair cannot take high temperatures.**
A: 320° is the lowest temperature setting. I thought with my fine hair it would be the setting I use, but actually I use the 390° or 430° more often because it straightens so much better and with only one swipe.

**Q: Does it come in with a warranty?**
A: yes it does life time warranty but still read it you have to pay $20. to send it back still the best one I have ever used. blow dry hair straighten it all in less than 20 minutes

**Q: What is the lowest temperaste setting? My fine hair cannot take high temperatures.**
A: I just looked at mine, it's lowest setting is 160° and the highest is 220°. Hope this helps =)

My hair takes ages for it to dry, and using a both a hair dryer AND a flat iron damages it so much.I still try to leave my hair to air dry for as long as I can, and with this straightener, at least I'm not worried too much if some parts are still a bit damp, since this is made to work with wet hair.The results look much better and it takes less time to straighten my hair the dryer it is, of course.and also, my hair requires very high temperatures for me to get the results I want, and this thing gets EXTREMELY hot, so it works for me.

I'm happy that the iron really easy to use... but the item looks like a second hand item. The plates are not aligned and there were scratches as well.

This is the greatest straitening iron EVER! I totally paid a lot more the first time I purchased this product,,,it was at the mall in one of the vendor kiosks, so you can imagine how expensive it was. Even after overpaying I still got my moneys worth. I had it for at least 5 years and I broke the handle, I freaked out because I could not read the product name so I googled the serial number and thank goodness I was able to locate it on Amazon. I strongly recommend this product if you live in humid areas, this iron leaves your hair sleek and very straight without damaging the ends. LOVE IT!
