When you swing the arm to the left or the right, the monitors tilt left or right, respectively. The tilt isn't massive, so you can get by, but it is noticable just by looking at it. I called Ergotron's technical support, and they had never encountered this problem, but I ordered a second one and it still has the same issue (my monitors are within spec for size and weight). I really wanted to like this product.
