It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. ### ⭐ Customer Support Lacks Integrity *by A***R on 21 August 2024* I bought all Smonet locks for a rental unit I own, however, the mechanics of one of the locks failed (when you turn the handle, nothing else happens), the electronics portion seems to work well and thankfully connects well to my Google phone. It was an easy install and setup I originally thought, but since discovering a faulty lock handle, they have yet to work with me to get a replacement. Upon calling customer service for SMONET, they continued to promise that "someone from our tech team will be available today and will call you back." I was told this 6 times in a row over the course of several months. I was told since no one contacted me that they would send me a replacement, however, this still has not happened. Especially for the price of this lock, I assumed they would be more professional regarding product concerns.
