The water comes out nice and straight so even though it's a rainshowe head and I have higher ceilings and I am very short at 5’1” I love love love it. Powerful and I can run both shower heads with no real noticible water pressure (a little but that's expecting but powerful enough that I never turn one of the heads off) Is it a waste of water? Maybe but you can use the restrictor and even with less water pressure the nozzles make the water just feel different and so good. Maybe but I will just shower every other day if that's a deal because I won't ever go back. Very very well made.
