Review: Great blanket - My son is a high jumper and during the spring meets up here in New England, it gets pretty cold and wet. He uses this blanket to stay warm and dry while he is waiting for his turn to compete. It works so well that a couple of his teammates asked where he got it and they ended up getting their own blankets. The blanket has lasted and the stitching appears to be good. I bought this blanket before a trip to Yosemite. I wanted something lightweight but warm, that I wouldn't mind getting a little dirty. The Oceas blanket exceeded all expectations! It's super soft, lightweight, and easy to throw in the back of the car or in a backpack. It is so lightweight you wouldn't expect it to be warm, but it got into the 40's at night and I stayed very warm sitting by the campfire wrapped up in this blanket. My husband was so jealous he bought his own! 10/10 highly recommend!

At 6ft long and almost 5ft wide, it's a great sized blanket. There's a nice little elastic strap on one end so that when you roll it up, the elastic keeps it wrapped up for when you're trying to shove it back into its carry bag. Once in the bag, it's approx 13.5" x 7", so tossing it in your trunk won't take up too much room. It says it's water resistant, so I'd be hesitant to put in on the wet grass and sit on it, but as far as wrapping up for warmth, it's great! It's not down filled, but cotton, but it's still toasty warm. It's a keeper!!
