After reading several reviews, I settled on this Edwin Jagger. I received the package and was greeted by the pleasant aroma of sandalwood when I opened the box. The soap has a buttery, but light texture and a very nice scent. It lathers up very well with my badger brush and the shave was very nice. I can't expect more out of a shave soap and the price is quite competitive!I would certainly recommend this soap to anybody that shaves manually with a brush. I don't smell things all that well and so I'm sure there's a scent, but it's nothing I or my wife notice.Also, and this is a great plus, I've had 4 shaves with this puck so far and the puck looks like I've barely touched it. This ones gonna last a long time, I'm sure (my guess-timate is 20 or 30 shaves.
