If the water in your pot is measured out to be 64 ounces or less, you could toss the packet into your pot. However, hibiscus can stain so I don’t think I would do it in any pot other than stainless steel.This tea is fruity, so it can be a great replacement for sugary juice. This is still tea, so it’s not as sweet as juice. However, just a splash of lemonade into this can taste give enough sweetness for someone wanting something between tea & juice.There’s no caffeine so it’s great all day long.Tip: I make mine in the evening, and let it cool overnight. The color is deep and the flavor is good. I make it in an automatic tea pitcher, and I believe that I prefer it more when I make it in a tea pot and allow it to steep a little longer to get a little more of the flavor out. The tea maker doesn't let it steep long enough and the ice dilutes the flavor quite a bit.
