Review: Really good for using abroad AND in the UK - Bought this SIM for using data whilst abroad, as it was going to work out cheaper than paying my usual provider (Three) for roaming. What's great is that it's on a 30-day rolling contract, so you only have to pay for the month(s) that you're away. Having said that, I'm seriously considering just switching to Lebara once my Three contract is up! Because my phone has two SIM slots, it's been easy to see how the signal strength and coverage compares to Three - and wow, Lebara does appear to come out superior! It's pretty good value for money too. The only niggle that I have really is setting it up initially was a little tricky, so I'd recommend making sure that it's set up before you leave home! So if data doesn't work for you when you insert the SIM, you have to follow the steps below - I've also uploaded a screenshot to help. You have to go into the advanced mobile network settings on your phone and set up a new APN (Access Point Name), and set:- Name: uk.lebara.mobi APN: uk.lebara.mobi Username: WAP Password: WAP Other than the initial setup being a bit awkward, the SIM has worked flawlessly. As I say, network coverage and speed seem better than 3 in the UK and abroad!
