It fits comfortably, stays in place during workouts, and doesn't roll up every five minutes like some others I've tried. No, it won't magically give you six-pack abs while you're eating pizza on the couch, but it does help crank up the sweat and makes workouts feel more productive. Just be prepared to peel it off afterward like you're unwrapping a very sweaty burrito. 😂 Great quality and a solid addition to my workout routine! 💪 Review: Comfortable Fit That Stays Secure During Workouts - This waist trimmer is comfortable to wear and stays securely in place throughout a workout. The material is thick and durable with just the right amount of stretch, providing a snug fit without feeling overly restrictive. The Velcro closure holds well and is easy to adjust for a customized fit. I noticed it definitely increased perspiration around my midsection during cardio and strength training, and it remained comfortable even during longer workouts. The inside wipes clean easily after use, and the overall construction feels like it will hold up well over time with regular use. Overall, this is a well-made waist trimmer that performs exactly as expected. If you're looking to enhance sweating during your workouts while wearing a supportive, comfortable belt, this is a quality option that's easy to use and built to last. ## Features - ENHANCE YOUR HEAT: The Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer is designed to intensify your training experience by promoting heat and sweat during movement — your signal that the work has begun. - FLEXES WITH EVERY MOVE: Engineered for comfort and performance, the Trimmer flexes naturally to your size and shape. What i would lime to know is if the nelt helps you lose pounds or inches from your belly** A: What this really does is weaken all of your side abdominal muscles to the point where they are not being used at all. Because they are supported by a belt that only needs to be used in the last two weeks leading up to a bodybuilding competition when you are already shredded to the bone and are trying absolutely everything to dry out and shape your abs. Besides said above use this will actually make your abdominal muscles weaker over time not stronger or more toned. Unless you are already toned and just need to sweat out the msg and salt from the 3lbs of Chinese food you ate after your bodybuilding competition. **Q: How I can clean it?** A: Hello, Thank you for your interest in our Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmers! We highly recommend our Trimmer Cleaning Spray for an easy, fresh cleaning process. You won’t regret it! Let us know if you have any questions not addressed below: Daily use of the trimmers should be followed by wiping the neoprene side of the trimmer with a dry cloth. If you have our Trimmer Cleaning Spray, shake well and spray several times to cover the entire Trimmer area. Then, wipe clean and set out to dry. If you don’t have the spray, don't worry. You can use a warm wet towel or washcloth. Push gently down and wipe to remove any remaining oil, sweet sweat, or other moisture. Allow your trimmers to thoroughly air dry after each use. Avoid extended periods of moisture in enclosed spaces to prevent bacterial growth. For a deeper clean, let Trimmer Cleaning Spray sit for 5 minutes on Trimmer before you wipe it clean. You can still achieve a deep clean without the spray by placing the trimmer in warm water with light detergent. Swish it around and use a rag to gently clean the inside of any residue. Do not use any type of conditioner or fabric softener as this will take away from the velcro stick. We recommend deep washing the trimmer after multiple uses, with light soap and water vs a simple wipe down. For additional tips on washing your Trimmer, please visit our website's FAQ page! The best way to know which size Waist Trimmer will fit you is to find out your waist measurement. If you have access to a tape measure, measure your waist below your chest and above your belly button. Upon doing so, please reference the sizing chart we have available in the photos above, and please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team directly. We would be happy to help you a bit further. If you have any additional questions regarding any of our products, please feel free to send us a message directly! **Q: I’m 5’2 and 145 pounds. Would a small or medium be good for me?** A: I'm 5'2 and 145 pounds, I ordered the medium and it was huge, sent it back and got the small and fits much better. The medium wrapped around me way too far so I was unable to get it tight. Needs to be tight to get the sweat! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweat Now, Brag Later *by J***E on August 6, 2026* This waist trimmer definitely lives up to its name—I started sweating before I even finished my warm-up.
