Review: gross texture and strange flavor - Yuck. This stuff was so slimy and gummy. No wonder, with xanthan gum in it. If you've ever experimentally put xanthan gum in your mouth by itself, you know what I am talking about. This is the only GF pasta I've ever seen with xanthan gum in it, and I can see why. It made the cooking water thick and syrupy, too. It reminded me of nothing so much as tiny orange garden slugs stewed in viscous fluid. It was just so terribly revolting. My kid gagged with every attempted bite, and even I came close. I am not normally put off by strange textures. I have no problem eating raw oysters, sautéed mushrooms or anything else slimy. This was something else, though. The flavor was very cinnamony, with hardly any sweet potato flavor, and perhaps it would be good for breakfast, but the texture was so awful that we could never bring ourselves to eat it. I would never buy this brand of pasta again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Review: Acceptable - Tastes well but turns into a gooey mess. Must be watched.

### ⭐⭐⭐ little flavor

Pretty good, Cannot tell it is gluten free in taste, but their lemon orzo has so much more flavor, I was a bit disappointed by this one
