Grabo won't replace it. *by C***2 on March 6, 2024* I bought this because it had several recommendations. I received it and used it without issue for the first month, only had to recharge it once. Then I tried to recharge it and it won't charge, it's completely dead. So I put in a warranty claim and they're telling me I have to buy a new battery because it's been more than a month, even though they say it has a 1-year warranty. Unbelievable. So I've written back to the company to see if they will reconsider.
