The empty air in your walls surrounded by 2 sheets of drywall act like a drum, so you need to reduce the noise before it reaches your wall. What you need is bricks and bushes, and heavy duty curtains on your windows. **Q: Will there be more of these available soon? I can't find any others with this groove structure.** A: You don't want these, they smell really bad chemical smell and color fades in a couple months **Q: not sticking to drywall. I used 1" wide double sided foam tape. What's wrong?** A: You may need stronger tape. They do expand fine if unpacked and left over night. There is a bit of an odor that dissipates over a few days. Only 2" thick at the widest line but they work to dampen my drum kit a bit.
