Do they test on animals or allow other countries to test their products on animals?** A: Neutrogena is NOT cruelty-free!!! It inherits the policy of its parent company, Johnson & Johnson, which tests on animals "when testing is required by law or specific government regulation" (official statement below). While some of their products, particularly in their new Neutrogena Naturals line, are labeled as "not tested on animals", this is MISLEADING . They sell their products in China, where animal testing is mandatory for foreign cosmetics.
