This product I am reviewing is 100% water tight during my long showers while fully moving my arm in all directions throughout the long showers, and while washing right next to the edges of the outer Silicone sleeve. My PICC line has been bone dry every time. This is by far the most perfect solution to keeping an open skin area dry. I would never use any other product. I have experienced, with those other design surgery area waterproofing sleeves, leakage. In fact, with those other, inferior products, I expected leakage. To confirm I have no moisture creeping in at all during my showers, I place a cut doubled piece of paper towel over my PICC line cover, then pull the inner sleeve (an ingenious addition for the outer Silicone sleeve) over the area, holding the paper towel over the PICC line. The inner sleeve fits tight and keeps anything from moving, plus it keeps the capillary lead tube that connects to my IV supply (which of course is disconnected for showering) in place while I pull the outer sleeve over my arm. This thing doesn't move. It stays in place with all my arm activities during my showers. If I could give this product ten stars, I would. The price is very reasonable.
