If i want to run at 225 how long will it go without me having to add coal?** A: You should be able to cook 5 to 6 hours without having to add charcoal to the Smokenator 2600. If you intend to cook for a longer period of time, you will want to add charcoal some time during hour 5 in order to ensure that there is no drop in temperature. **Q: Do people have an easy time keeping their BBQ temp around 225 when smoking on the 26" Weber with the Smokenator 2600?** A: I load the smokenator with as much charcoal as possible and put approx. 10-12 white hot coals in the middle. With the top vents full open and the bottom approx1/4 open( you have to find your sweet spot) I get around 3-4 hours or 215-225 heat with no Maintance . After that I reload if needed. Works as advertised on my kettle **Q: Will it work with a 26 inch Masterbuilt grill?** A: It works great with my weber 26.75. Smoked a butt for 13 hours, you will have to refuel a couple of times. I would not use the water pan because you have to add water every hour and you can put more charcoal without it. Not sure if it will fit a 26" grill, but it fits the weber **Q: Do not understand this accessory - no photos/video to show how it's supposed to be used.
