## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this made in the usa?**
A: Doesn't say.

**Q: Is the bottom of this padded so that it won't scratch a glass table top?**
A: There is no bottom to this. It slides right over the tissue box and is open on the bottom. What touches the tabletop is the bottom of the tissue box and the edges of the cover which are not padded. The metal edges are smooth and I can't imagine that they would scratch a table top.

**Q: If you pivk it up will the tissue box fall out? Or does it fot snug?**
A: The tissue box will fall out. I bought this metal box because of the weight.
When I am pulling a tissue up out of the box, especially when the tissues are almost gone, the metal box is heavy enough to allow me to pull tissues out, without pulling everything up, tissues and metal box.
Because the bottom of the metal box is open, it is easy for me to put a new box of tissues in.

**Q: Is this real pewter or only pewter color?**
A: I do not know that answer. However, I bought the copper one and it's beautiful and appears to be made of copper. No paint or anything odd, simply lovely craftsmanship. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product
*by C***S on 11 April 2026*

This is a great tissue box cover. The hammered texture gives it a nice look. I have purchased three of these now.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Looks good, but has no bottom to hold tissue box in the holder
*by J***N on 3 June 2026*

I like the way this holder looks, but it has no bottom on it. Every time the box is moved or lifted, the box falls out the bottom. For the price, this is a significant deficiency.
