Initially, I used a brand that can be found at most local art supplies for a low price, but the pigment was not as strong. I decided to pay a little more to try Jacquard, and I love this color and brand. I forgot to seal it with heat and it still maintained its color after the wash. I have since found other colors at a new local supply store for artists, like this pearl white used on the pants in the photo, and it only took one coat.
