And a little bit goes a long way, having a strong hibiscus flavor. I can't taste the ginger in it quite as much, but it probably adds to the tang to the hibiscus. I love the dark pink color and the flavor. It's great for making iced tea as well as a hot tea. It's even good if you want to experiment with adding other tea flavors, perhaps maybe mint or lemon, or even other fruitful flavors. I have used it mixed with green tea, which adds color and flavor to the usual boring green tea.
