Something obviously died under it not only because my little Yorkie keeps sniffing around, we even had a hawk on the ground checking it out. In addition I had flies infest the inside 😬🤮. The flies are gone, but the smell will not go away! Until these little tubs. They are magic! And they don’t cover it with a heavy perfume smell. Just enough of a fresh scent and in less than 24 hours at least 75% of that nasty odor is gone! I can’t believe it. I tried everything! I have a mini split, I have to keep it temperature controlled so the air does circulate but that horrible cloyingly smell would not go away, until now! I just couldn’t go in there and paint without almost gagging! Even with the windows and door open it was awful! I tried cedar hangings and chips/bags, spraying the walls out cedar oil, other air fresheners , nothing helped. This is a hard waxy type substance that eliminates odors. They last a while before you have to open and replace them around the house. I have several in my house in different rooms. I have 5 little dogs and this seems to keep that dog smell away, along with good regular cleaning of the house and washing dog beds and blankets, bathing dogs regularly. I do not necessarily smell it around the house, but it just smells fresh when you walk in the front door. You only really smell it when you first open it and are nearby one of the jars.
