My advise would be to take it slow and let the razor do the work. In other words, don't use much force on it. Just let it glide and do it's thing. I haven't had any issues with it yet, but I know this thing can, and will, HURT you if not used properly. Get top quality blades. There is a blade that comes with it, but I found others that seem to work a lot better. They are inexpensive and reusable as well. What ever works best for you. I also recommend you keep the case it comes in. It is an excellent place to store the razor whether you are traveling or just putting it away after use. Funny thing about the case is that it comes with a "HD" mirror! I read that in the manual or somewhere, and got a chuckle out of that. HD mirror, lol. It dose provide a close comfortable shave, after learning how to use the razor. I have purposely held off on rating this razor for a couple of weeks so I could get a good feel for the razor. If you are wanting a quality razor for a good price I highly recommend Baili razors. Baili razors are good enough for other companies to buy and sell as their own they must be quality designed and made razors.
