Can you select which of the 6 parts you fill?** A: Mine is one long container, its just the metal bit across the top that makes it look like it's divided in to 6 parts. Not sure of the point as it burns as one long flame anyway. Regardless, it's a lovely flame and gives off really strong heat. Def worth the purchase. And you can slide the metal cover over to make the flame bigger or smaller to suit **Q: Heat output?** A: Not sure of the technical answer but it gives off the heat of a real flame fire.
