I can complete my pumping on one side in 10 mins or less compared to the electric pump at 20-30 mins. Also, i think the manual pump is alot less painful than the electric pump. **Q: Can the yellow valve be removed for cleaning?** A: Yes, it can be pulled off from the connector and separated from the white membrane.
