A: It doesn't list anything on the box but they feel like a rough paper towel.  I tried them to see the difference between these and Swiffer, go with the Swiffer.  These didn't do anything but push things around.

A: It is unscented.

A: Yes, they are unscented.

**Q: It says not to use them as wet pads, but why?**
A: They are designed to be used dry and they will not function effectively if used outside of their design functions.  In much the same way, a Kleenex is not designed to clean up a large spills  (for example), they simply were not designed for that. You will be better off to get a “wet” pad designed to be used that way.
