Perfect for vacation travel ### ⭐⭐⭐ It you are not in good shape to start with *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2017* It says High Intensity and he means it. It you are not in good shape to start with, don't do it!! It is almost too fast paced. He doesn't give much time to switch exercises and/or equipment when needed. If you are not familiar with the qwee gym, it will be tough. I got it because I wanted the extra resistance, but didn't want to kill myself on day 2. When you put the ankle attachments on, wear socks or pad them somehow. I thought there would be a chart of the exercises along with the video. This is an amazing work out program! I especially like using the resistance band with the yoga routines. It added the extra challenge I needed during my working outs. Warning...you are going to feel sore after these working outs (good sore). I have been using the gwee gym for over a year and it has been great for toning and defining my muscles. I started working out to the Burn Out videos a couple months ago and it is exactly what I needed to shred the 10 extra pounds I was holding on to. It's a nice program to use when I feel like working out at home to avoid the crowded gym. I prefer working out at home now. I've also had fun sharing the work out with friends.
