So my ordering is very infrequent, and each time I’ve searched for the product I’ve found something different. This is the first time since my original purchase that I’ve found hair removal pads labeled SmoothAway.These new ones are not at all the same as the originals. They are so soft that I can use a single pad no more than three times. I’m accustomed to using one (on my face only) for weeks on end, about three times a week. And their softness now makes using them extremely tedious. I have to go over an area more when a pad is new than I used to when using an old pad.The cost of these is very high, compared to what I’ve paid in the past.I gave this two stars because it does sort of work, briefly. I only use them for my ladystash though. Works great everytime if you use them the right way. Don't over rub, and don't rub too hard. Oh and I always make sure my hands and face are clean and don't have a runny nose.
