Can't figure out if it's user error!** A: I use mine for everything, I imagine you have the other things (internet , video) selected to something else in windows settings of sound device. I've run into that.. **Q: Does pressing the mute button on the device show you as muted in teams to others?** A: For me yes it does. If I select mute on my computer screen, the mute button on the USB-C speaker lights up. If I push the button on the speaker the indicator on my computer Teams meeting shows mute. **Q: Mine did not come with any paperwork. Where is the power button?
