A: From what I recall, I believe it does

**Q: Would you recommend using 1 pcie cable for a high end graphics card or 2 when using this power supply?**
A: I recommend using two separate cables rather than the dual splitter cable. I think the recommendation comes more from the card manufacturer depending on the size of your card.

**Q: Is it normal for these to have a fairly noticeable electrical smell when they are new? not exactly burned, strong electrical i've never had with a psu**
A: No, that is not a regular thing. Best to have it warrantied or exchanged.

Unfortunately the power supply came with 3 - 8 pins cpu cables instead of 3 PCIe cables .. because it’s highly recommended for higher end graphics cards to use 3 separate PCIe cables to power it ..
