The real Clever Dripper just says "Clever (L)" on the front. Also, the real Clever Dripper is $7 cheaper on the manufacturer's website. **Q: What is the material composition of this product? Is it polypropylene or some other recyclable plastic?** A: I believe it’s BPA-free Eastman Tritan plastic. Don’t know if that’s recycleable. When my first one finally cracked, I turned it into a flower pot with a unique drainage system :-) **Q: Can you use a gold reusable filter like the ones that come with electric drip coffee makers?** A: Yes, I use a gold reusable filter with this. It lets finer residue through, but overall works fine. **Q: Does the coffee flavor get affected by the plastic taste?** A: There is no plastic taste. Makes the best cup of coffee I have ever had.
