Easy to peel off in the morning with no skin irritation at all. Be sure not to have any skin care products on either your face or hands when applying. If you are careful, you can reuse the tape two or three times. Just wind it back on the outside of the roll in the morning. Try not to touch the adhesive to keep it strong and fresh. It is important to not let your mouth hang open at night as mouth breathing causes apneas, snoring and going into the sympathetic nervous state (flight or fight). We use two vertical pieces for reliable results.
