I spend a lot of time at my desk while working from home, and being a full time online student. Having something clean looking from front and back is nice, and it is still quite comfortable. It is a "female" chair. And by that I think they mean size, not that the chair has a sexuality... but since some women look for shorter seat space I think that this one would fit the bill. Having a chair that allows great leg circulation is vital for me, so that was a plus.It is ridiculously hard to find a mid price range decent white office chair. I guess I have a somewhat unique taste, lol. And just for reference this one is for sure a cream, not really white. However the soft champagne coloring of the base and arms more then makes up for that. It looked comfortable but had such a strong chemical smell that gave me a headach, I just couldn't stand it after an hour. It was also treated with a flame retardant, indicated on the lable under the seat that said it may be harmful to your health. I returned the chair with no hassle (but had to pay shipping) The chair was all made in China.
