I had to give one canister away as they have a very short shelf life. I presume these are meant for a restaurant rather than a domestic kitchen. It is way too sweet.. almost like candy!! I can't use this... I like the Teriyaki instead.. Which is less sweet. I like all all Lee Kum Kee products except this! Totally useless. I bought two of these as well. It is not just me; anyone I made starry with this for have all said unanimously that it is too sweet and makes you not want to eat your noodles or fried rice. Even at very small quantities, it makes you lose your appetite.. it is so sweet.
