**Q: Is this material able to be cut into different shapes after the stamp is carved?  I am wondering if it is mounted on a hard backing.**
A: The material is able to be cut into different shapes after it is carved and is not already mounted on a hard backing.  The whole material is flexible.  Hope that helps.

**Q: I'm interested in using a laser cutter with this material--is it compatible with most laser cutters?**
A: I bought this at a hobby shop tried it on the laser at a makerspace not knowing it was made of PVC. The laser cut into it and I had it go two passes, but it also charred the surface making it black. I had to stop because it was flaring up and smelled weird. I really wish the fact it is made of PVC was written clearly on the product. Scary to think I was exposed to chlorine gas!!!

A: This product is unmounted.  It is rubber like material and is thick enough that it generally is not mounted.
