Snug, perfect fit to the floor.
Heavy vinyl but a bit thinner than Fender's canvas-like covers. Certainly water-proof (except for that large handle hole on top). Price is nice!

Mysterious tear in the material
It seemed fine upon first inspection, but when I went to slide the cover onto my amp for the first time, I noticed a long tear along the seam, rendering it useless. I have no idea when the damage could have occurred, since I had it for such a short period of time
