A: Each caplet contains 350 mg (that's what you see on the front), but a dose/serving size is 700 mg (what you see on the back). What this means is you have to take two caplets to get the recommended dose.

A: I USE "VITACOST" WHICH IS GLUTEN FREE. AND IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT
