With a two-years of period from packaging to expiry. Gets activated minimum in 10 minutes when put in water or milk. Makes good fluff in the dough or wherever used. Best for all bake preparation such as Bread, Pav, Pizza crust, Kulcha, Bun etc. Comes in a vacuumed Pack, thus, fresh and powerful one. Should be kept in an air tight plastic bag first, and then in an air tight jar otherwise the power of yeast may be lost eventually by the moisture.
