We received the bed quickly, the packaging was appropriate, and the product works as advertised. We would definitely recommend it. ### ⭐ but that is my fault for not fine reading the specs *by D***E on January 12, 2017* I ordered this for my dog that is about 20lbs., not a big dog (as shown in picture). I assumed it would be way bigger, but that is my fault for not fine reading the specs. I could live with that if it were the only downfall, but this product is so ridiculous that I am almost laughing at myself for falling for the concept to begin with. See, my poor 12 year old dog has a problem keeping warm, so I was actually browsing for a heated blanket for her. Low and behold, this pops up... seems cheap compared to the heated kind, or even the "plush" ones. I fell hard.This is the most ridiculous crap I have ever seen! The inner, so called "self warming" insert is nothing but a flimsy piece of reflective material that is not even attached to the outer liner. The outer liner is thin and not even comparable to a baby blanket!My poor old Roxy would not even lie down on this thing until I removed the inner liner. At this point it was a 25.00 20x20 baby blanket.I had those already (for 5.00 each)!! I am really disappointed! Roxy could be cozying up to a plush 50x60 throw right now for this price! ### ⭐⭐ No need for an alarm clock with this bed! *by L***E on January 12, 2017* I really loved this new pet bed when I first took it out of the box. It was just the right size for my dog's crate. The top cover is made from a chocolate brown soft berber type fleece material, and the bottom cover is a thin black polyester blend material with skid resistance "bumps" on it. The inside is a silver reflective piece of film with a polyester batting on the other side. It is this piece that is very loud (think crackling sound) when moved, walked on, etc. It is so loud that it would wake me & my wife up at night whenever my dog would change positions in her crate. Even as annoying as this was, I was willing to put up with it, if it meant my dog was warm. Well, I guess my dog didn't like this bed, because I would find it in the corner of her crate in a big ball in the morning. I kept trying to smooth it out for her every morning, but i finally gave up as the creases in it from being balled up, made it very difficult to smooth out the inner part. I guess she hated this bed even more now that it was not only noisy but also lumpy. To show her dissatisfaction, she torn the zipper off.
