The material of the cable is flexible and the banana plugs fit snugly like you’d expect. They are true to length, which is good as others are not. The heat shrink is done correctly. Appearance wise it looks presentable and is packaged well. It appears to be true 14awg thickness but I was not willing to cut it apart to find out.
