I used it on the seat and it scratched it, thank goodness I tried it on the underside of the seat so it is not immediately visible. **Q: How to clean the stone after use?** A: If you use this on a toilet, you ONLY use it on a toilet. The stick will wear away slowly. And you should always clean the toilet before using this item. **Q: I read that some of the stone "sheds" after using it, is that safe for Well water?** A: It does shed some particles of pumice stone just like pumice stone would if you were using it on your calluses. Pumice is a soft stone which naturally wears over time and use. I’m no expert but I don’t know why it wouldn’t be safe for a septic system (I’m assuming that is what you are asking since the water is flushed into the septic system not drawn up from the well) The pumice would settle to the bottom of the septic system so it probably wouldn’t leach into the drain field. **Q: How much water should be on the stone? is it just me or it just makes a terrible scratching noise when scrubbing** A: I just put the pumice stone (using the handle) in the toilet bowl and gently rub on stains. Works for me. FYI after using the stone make sure you flush toilet. I have hard water and this is the only thing that works for me. It—But Be Prepared to Put in Some Elbow Grease *by on Reviewed in the United States 3 August 2026* When I first opened this product, I was honestly skeptical. The cleaning stone felt fairly abrasive, and I immediately thought some of the reviews warning that it could be hard on sinks and toilet bowls might be right. After watching the product video, I also expected the mineral ring to disappear with just a few light passes. That wasn't my experience.I had a stubborn hard-water ring in my toilet that had built up over time. It definitely took some effort to remove. It wasn't a "rub it once and it's gone" situation like the video seems to suggest. I had to keep working at it, especially on the tougher areas. It may not be easy to use, but here's the important part—it worked! The attached before-and-after photos show the results. The hard-water ring is gone, and the bowl looks much cleaner. I also used it on another sink that had an even tougher mineral deposit ("hard-rock" ring). Unfortunately, I didn't take before-and-after photos of that one, but it completely removed the buildup there as well.My rating changed throughout the process:2 stars when I first opened it because I thought it was too abrasive.4 stars after I realized it was actually removing the deposits, even though it required more work than advertised.5 stars after seeing the final results and using it successfully on multiple hard-water stains. My only criticism is that the promotional video sets unrealistic expectations. It makes it look like you can lightly rub the surface and—boom—the stain disappears. That's far from reality. If your mineral deposits are severe, you'll need patience and a bit of elbow grease. If you go into it expecting instant results, you may be disappointed. If you understand that stubborn hard-water deposits take time and effort, this product delivers. For me, the results were worth the work! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must buy! It works *by on Reviewed in India 29 August 2026* I must say it actually works, I used all kind of chemicals to make hard toilet ring go away, but nothing worked. This pumic stone worked like magic, just put little bit pressure and try to scrub on the hard stain, and within 5 mins, it was like brand new ## Frequently Bought Together - 4TH Pumice Stone for Toilet Bowl Cleaning,Pumice Stick with Handle,Powerfully Away Limescale Stain,Hard Water Ring, Calcium Buildup,Iron,Rust.Remover for Tile Bath-tub - 2 Pack - Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner Lime & Rust Destroyer 24 Ounces (Package May Vary) - Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Clinging Bleach Gel, Ocean Mist - 24 Ounces, Pack of 2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/393341833-4th-pumice-stone-toilet-bowl-cleaning-with-handle-cleans-away](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/393341833-4th-pumice-stone-toilet-bowl-cleaning-with-handle-cleans-away) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
