I'm guessing the where the the electronics housed in it pulled on the cord it's separated something.Works extremely poorly after a short amount of time. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone I know. Maybe it works better if you're extremely delicate and don't go anywhere with your headphones, or just use them sitting on a desk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good noise concealing headphones *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2017* I bough these to wear on a 13 hour long flight. I wasn't sure what to expect considering the price and didn't really think that there will be much of a noise concealment, but I was pleasantly surprised. These really worked well and there was a significant noise reduction when the feature was turned on. It reduced the noise without the "deaf" feeling. I was dreading the 13 hours of jet engine noise, but these really made my flight more enjoyable. They worked with my phone, reader tablet, and also the aircraft TV screen jack.The only thing I didn't like on these headphone were the ear buds, the outside covers. Very bulky and the the "triangle/square" shape didn't help with comfort when trying to put my head on a pillow. They were really uncomfortable, pointy, and kept falling out any time something touched my ear because all the bulk was sticking out. However I bought them to help with the noise concealment so my rating is for that. Comfort is really only 2 stars.They held up the entire 13 hours of a non stop use on a single charge.
