Gels need to be cured to dry. **Q: How long do you have to use the uv light to set? Do you do it for each layer of polish or just at the end?** A: Try 60-120 seconds depending on the strength of your uv light. Please cure between layers or you are just smearing things. **Q: Do you need a gel top coat?** A: I would definitely recommend a gel topcoat because after you apply the product the nails will have a slightly gritty texture.
