Review: Sturdy, Serviceable, and Voluminous - I still like a wine glass with a stem and I like delicate stemmed glasses; however, I break them easily and they are not dishwasher friendly. I ordered these, because I had several broken from loading/unloading in the dishwasher, knocking them over in the sink, etc. I didn't really have any expectations of these glasses, but initial observations: a) These hold a LOT of wine! That could be good or bad, but they seem a lot bigger than the oz.'s advertised. b) They have a more stable stem, but not too chunky - you still feel like you are having a nice glass of wine in a special glass. c) They look nice on the table with other glassware, etc. d) Four took up a lot of room in the dishwasher, BUT they loaded/unloaded well, were stable and not ultra fragile if you bumped them with another dish, and they have done a great job coming out clean. When ordering, I assumed I would be pleased (and I was). The main surprise - they hold a lot of wine! It's a great price point for something you can use every day. These are NICE wine glasses and I recommend them.

I still like a wine glass with a stem and I like delicate stemmed glasses; however, I break them easily and they are not dishwasher friendly.
