## Questions & Answers

**Q: Joseph enterprises, i have a question, how do i know what i am buying or not chinese fakes???**
A: The true Ove Glove will have a label inside both gloves. I first ordered from Amazon and got fakes. I sent them back and went to Target and bought them there. I learned the hard way that some of the sellers on Amazon send fake merchandise even if fulfilled by Amazon!

**Q: are they made in the USA?**
A: No. It says Made in PRC.

**Q: Reviewer says these are knockoffs, are these genuine? or fake?**
A: Cannot confirm if product is genuine or fake. The one I ordered came in authentic looking packaging and had authentic looking tags. BUT it smelled REALLY bad and went back immediately.

**Q: Why does the description say it takes a CR32 battery**
A: i do not know why it indicates a battery - it does not require any batteries - it is awesome glove - i will not use anything else for my hot pad needs - either inside or outside while grilling
