The next morning, I had minor cramping, but no bowel movement at all. Evening 2- took 2 pills. More cramping, but had a bowel movement later that afternoon. Not a big fan of the cramping. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water. Anyway, I'm going to continue to try this for a few more days and provide updates. Hopefully, this does what it states it will do and I can give more stars.UPDATE. 3/12/18- 2 smaller BMs, later in the day, yeaterday and larger one before noon today. No cramps, so far. I did weigh myself after the 3 BUms, yesterday and was down 1lb. Will provide another update, by end of this week 3/16/18. I really want to give this product a fair review.UPDATE 08/02/20 Over 2 years later and I decided to try this product, again. Changed my rating, because it really has helped me with the "blockage" issue. My preference is to take every other day. While I personally didn’t experience any weight loss, I do notice that my clothes are fitting better and that I feel a bit less bloated. My stomach isn’t in constant turmoil like it was prior to the cleanse either. Seems to work pretty nice!!My only suggestion to those who wish to try it is that you try to eat a bit cleaner. The first couple days I ate like β€œnormal” (which my current normal is not clean) and it wasn’t a good time!
